Billing questions
Who processes my payment?
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles billing, taxes and invoices.
Can I cancel a subscription?
Yes, at any time from your account or the link in your receipt. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Any purchase can be refunded in full within 30 days. See the refund policy.
Do prices include tax?
Prices are shown before tax. Paddle adds VAT or sales tax at checkout where it applies.
