Refund Policy

Every CrawlXray purchase comes with a 30-day full refund. If you are not happy for any reason, ask within 30 days of the purchase and you get your money back.

How to ask for a refund

• Email support@crawlxray.com with the email address you used to buy, or
• Use the link in your Paddle receipt, or contact Paddle directly at paddle.net.

What is covered

• Developer Reports, Clean It For Me and Account Audits: full refund within 30 days of purchase.
• Watch and agency subscriptions: full refund of any payment made in the last 30 days. You can also cancel at any time to stop future renewals.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, to the original payment method. They usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
